All the hand towels were made with Crochet Cotton. This makes them durable because they are easily washable. At the time I made the pattern for scrubbies, I used crochet cotton and tulle I cut into strips. Since then the manufacturers have come out with scrubbie yarn and it works nicely for those patterns as well.
